About the Greenwich Wine Society...

bulletHistory- Mission:
The Greenwich Wine Society was founded in March 2008 so that wine lovers in Greenwich, CT.  and nearby towns could have the opportunity to learn more about wine in a convivial atmosphere. Our events are both fun and informative, and provide a setting where wine enthusiasts can meet, network and make new friends.

Participants are both novice and experienced wine drinkers, but all tend to be interested in learning more about wine and sampling various types of wine... there are no age parameters and both married couples as well as singles are welcome. We drink wines in all price ranges... as long as they are good!

The following types of events are being offered (stay tuned for announcements)...

The Greenwich Wine Society is not a snobby wine club. We like to try wines from the world over, and at all price points. We try to select premium wines for our events that are offered at less than premium prices (thereby keeping our programs affordably priced).
